CYBL OFFICIAL SPONSOR INFORMATION

CYBL is actively seeking Official Sponsors of our Web site and our Email Newsletter.

Why is CYBL seeking sponsors? In order to continue to offer as many Chelmsford boys and girls in the 3rd thru 12th grades as possible the chance to participate in CYBL, it has become necessary for CYBL to expand the number of playing facilities. As facility needs escalate, the cost of renting those facilities escalates even faster. In order to cover these increasing expenses, it has become necessary to seek additional sources of revenue.

Why sponsor the CYBL Web site and/or the CYBL Email Newsletter? Positive exposure to 1,300 Players and their Parents (and their Grandparents!) thru-out the CYBL season!

CYBL Web Site -

During the season (December thru early March), the CYBL Web site has over 4,700 individual visitors and records 20-25,000 page views per month.

Each Official Sponsor will have TWO sponsorship "ads" per CYBL Web page, rotating with other Sponsor's ads. These ads will link to a dedicated "Sponsor Page" that highlights your organization and its relationship with CYBL. Sponsor contact information, including a link to the Sponsor's Web site, will be included on each Sponsor Page.

The location of Sponsor ads will be 1) at the TOP of every CYBL Web page, including the CYBL Home page AND 2) along the RIGHT SIDE of each CYBL Web page. The ads will rotate with other Official Sponsor Ads thoughout the Web site.

CYBL Email Newsletter -

The email newsletter is distributed on a regular basis to the 1,400-plus email addresses in the CYBL database.

Distribution actually begins in mid-August when we begin our online registration for the upcoming season, and runs thru early March of the following year.

Because most of the email addresses are supplied to CYBL during registration, we know the addresses are valid, AND most of these addresses are for the PARENTS of Players.

Parents and Players look forward to receiving these emails thru-out the season, so your sponsorship of them is welcomed and appreciated.
