High School, Boys & Girls Divisions
Adult, Men & Women's Divisions

9AM-12PM:
6TH GRADE/UNDER GIRLS
7TH/8TH GRADE GIRLS
HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS
12PM-3PM:
6TH GRADE/UNDER BOYS
7TH/8TH GRADE BOYS
3PM-6PM:
HIGH SCHOOL BOYS
ALL ADULT DIVISIONS
Highlights:
Minimum of 4 games guaranteed.
All participants will receive a tournament T-shirt.
Division winners receive team prize.
Teams play during a 2.5 Hour Division time segment.
COST: $20 Per PLAYER
(Max. 4 players/team)
All Proceeds Support CYBL Scholarships
Tournament is open to everyone,
not just CYBL participants.

WAIVER FORM: Each player must provide a completed waiver form signed by player if 18 or older or by the player's parent or guardian if under 18 - the form MUST be turned in no later than the day of the tournament to be eligible to play.
